The Practice

Makdesi and Associates Lawyers is a dynamic and growing team, the combination of skills and experience from our team enables us to handle most aspects of law including litigation matters, Wills and Estate planning, Commercial Law, Family and Criminal Law, and building/planning matters.  We can also help navigate matters involving government agencies such as, Tax, State Revenue and Australian Border Force. 

As well as our in-house experienced team, we also have strong relationships with members of the legal fraternity, meaning that if we have to bring in extra expertise we can, and if we need to refer a mater on we will put you on the right path no matter what.

We are located in the heart of Brunswick making it easy to get to for clients and easy for the team to get to our clients and colleagues when we need to.  Our location puts us in close proximity to our local and city courts, and police stations, and when we need to, we are happy to travel for clients with special needs.

Our philosophy is that we need to give our clients the best chance for justice and we do this by exploring all the avenues, giving solid advice and navigating the legal system to get the best outcomes.  Our aim is to get the best outcome for our clients efficiently and effectively.
