Christine Diab (Lawyer)

Christine completed her Bachelor of Laws at Victoria University in 2010 and continued to complete her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Leo Cussen Institute. Christine takes immense pride and responsibility in her work and ensuring satisfied clients at the end of each matter.

Christine began her criminal law career in 2016, having previously specialised in civil litigation and currently has extensive experience in research and preparing criminal law matters. Christine will leave no stone unturned and will fight for you to get you the best possible result!

Christine is passionate about family law and providing a realistic outcome in what is often a quite stressful and overwhelming time for families. She provides great guidance to her clients throughout the process, from helping parents build the capacity to achieve child-focused parenting and care arrangements to aiding with practical solutions for people to move forward from their relationship breakdown with dignity and sureness.

On another front, Christine simply loves to assist her clients with retrieving what’s rightfully theirs in debt recovery and believes that no amount is too small or insignificant.
